Immediately before reaching this address, take a left off of Alte Dinslakener Straße onto An der alten Bergschule. After 100 meters (approx. 300 feet), take another left onto Am Biesengrund. The office building Am Biesengrund 15 is situated on the left-hand side after about another 200 meters (approx. 600 feet).
